1. Overview

StrataOps provides business-to-business (B2B) software and workflow automation solutions for tour and diving operators. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via credit card or digital payment processor (Stripe).

- Invoices are delivered digitally upon payment.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting contact@strataops.app.

- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

- Because StrataOps is a B2B SaaS service with instant provisioning, recurring subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
